Scott Harman on Stuffing Tacos, Being an RGM

Scott Harman is one of our many high quality leaders. He’s been with Border Foods for 10 years and currently serves as Restaurant General Manager (RGM) of our Endeavour Boulevard Taco Bell in Rapid City, SD.

Working in a restaurant is what he’s done most of his life: “Food is what I know,” he says.

Since joining Border Foods, he’s worked at four of our restaurants and enjoyed a promotion from assistant manager to RGM. Today, his managerial responsibilities include overseeing team members and how they prepare food (“how to stuff your tacos, if it needs less lettuce …”) and serve guests. Food quality is key, excellence is a core value!

Scott has been a part of several restaurant openings, being instrumental in all of the employee training that goes into assuring our teams are ready for business. At Border Foods, supporting our team members and giving them the tools to succeed is paramount.
