Team Accomplishes 100 Perfect Weeks!

by

A “perfect week” on the job at Taco Bell is not an easy feat. Will White and his team in Lowell, MI restaurant #33007 accomplished it 100 times in a row (and they aren’t stopping). That’s definitely a cause for celebration!

In order to achieve a perfect week, all standard operating targets set out for the year must be met. These metrics include: Labor Hours, ICOS %, Overall Speed, After 5pm Speed, Overall VOC, After 5pm VOC and Learning Zone.

Will and his team were able to achieve Border Food’s first ever “100 Perfect Weeks” award by creating a fun and energetic work culture, while still keeping accountability in mind.

“Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work gains success. Greatness will come.”
—Dwayne Johnson

The Senior OPS, Analytics and HR teams celebrated with with Will and the Lowell team members. They brought the cake and Taco Bell swag. Will, who’s a former MMA fighter, and still loves the sport, received a Border Foods 100 Week Champion Belt and a ticket to the UFC 226 in Florida that he attended with his AC Geison Cunha.

Will and his team’s streak is not complete. They’re currently on their 104th perfect week in a row. Hats off to a job well done!
