Every year, we honor team members throughout the organization who earn the title “Customer Maniac.” A Customer Maniac is someone who is dedicated to the guest, consistently receives positive customer surveys and does whatever they can to serve and satisfy our customers. Last month, we surprised 48 Border Foods Customer Maniacs with a special “party in a box” as a way to celebrate their dedication. Every maniac received party supplies, a custom Border Foods backpack and a certificate honoring their hard work. Congrats!
