The Heart of Border Foods Award was created as a way to honor Carol Williams, our former VP of Operations who passed away in 2018. Carol was really the founder of our family culture. Over the last 20-some years, Carol both shaped our company culture and encouraged team members to follow in her footsteps along the way. The Heart of Border Foods Award is like a life time achievement award for our employees. In order to receive it, you must be nominated and meet the following criteria:
