Tom has gone above and beyond to ensure I was shown by example and with experience how to effectively learn all parts of my job. He is encouraging and patient while keeping orders moving for the customer. When a correction is needed he shows what to do instead and does not criticize or make me feel like I did something bad. By doing this I have grown tremendously as a team member and more confidence in myself at work.
