Tell us a little bit about yourself.
My name is Zackary Shumaker. I have a family and a wife named Roxann. This year, my family was fortunate enough to buy an RV to explore the great outdoors that Wyoming has to offer. I love boating, camping, fishing, and walking at night with my family. I enjoy waking up at a campsite and drinking coffee with my wife. I love Wyoming, but I also like to travel to other places, especially during the cold weather we get in the winter.

I like being able to mentor staff at every level. They each develop and grow so much.

I moved to an island to become a dock master.

Find a mentor to learn from and talk through situations. Connect with team members, customers and your community. One of my family’s favorite quotes is, “Luck is when preparedness meets opportunity.” Prepare yourself for opportunities with your mentor, and whatever else engages you.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.
