Hanna has always gone above and beyond for her team. She takes the time to listen to both professional and personal needs and does her best to find solutions. Hanna celebrates us as people and also recognizes our hard work and success. She’s understanding and proves how to be a successful leader by caring about her people. Many times I wanted to call it quits but my respect for Hanna is too high. Hanna makes me want to be a better leader.
