The secret to happiness in the workplace.

We are collaborative. Giving and receiving guidance, support and encouragement.
We are empathetic, supportive, and accepting so you can feel safe, valued and appreciated.
We take initiative, embrace challenges and strive for continuous improvement.
We have the courage to be authentic, honest and truthful with ourselves and others.
We seek and share ideas to foster personal and business growth.
Accountability
We are willing and able to take responsibility for our actions and their impact on performance outcomes; acknowledging and investing in the commitments we make.
You can’t have teamwork without accountability.
Accountability is about understanding your impact on others on the team. All team members have to understand each other’s commitments, and the effect each others’ actions create. Being accountable means that if you’ve made a mistake, you acknowledge that it needs to be corrected. We have to be open to failure in order to achieve future greater success. To be accountable means to be open to growth and learning new things.

Integrity comes down to trust.
Honesty, being authentic, being transparent with what we do and who we are. Integrity is the foundation of the rest of the core values. It allows everyone to feel like they belong. It asks us to be fair, transparent, and equitable in everything that we do. Integrity allows us to take a moment, pause and reflect on what we hear from our team, and connect with one another.
