On multiple occasions now, I’ve seen Caia single-handedly run the entire restaurant, while also training me. This was the first time I’ve ever seen 1 person do the jobs of AT LEAST 4 people… And the craziest part is that she was doing a great job at all of it, while working at a very impressive pace. I don’t get impressed easily, but she definitely has impressed me. Thank you, Caia!
