• January 21, 9:00 AM: Leadership Welcome, Of the Year Winner Awards, Best of the Best list reveal
• January 22, 9:00 AM: Aaron Engler 2026 goals outline and panel discussion with Aaron and co-founders Jeff and Lee Engler
• January 26: Rally Week kickoff via email, featuring a brand-new Founder’s Video
• January 27, 9:00 AM: Finance, Facilities, Development and Marketing
• January 28, 9:00 AM: Human Resources and tenure recognition
  
• January 29, 9:00 AM: Operations and closing

All Rally Week content will be shared via Microsoft Teams and will be recorded for later viewing.

Attendance is required for Above Restaurant Leaders and General Managers, and optional for all other restaurant staff.

Every year, we award our top performers with our Best of the Best trip.

Below are the qualifications that helped these folks secure their spots on the beach with us!

CRITERIA:

To be eligible for Mexico Trip, RGM’s must…

     • Be ranked in the top 20% in YTD weekly metric percentage (no dissat. %)

     • Be in role at least 7+ periods

     • Have 4+ YTD Star Rating

     • No failed COREs

** Field trip eligibility is up Leadership Team discretion.
