Heart of
Border Foods

Honoring Those Who Inspire Our Legacy.

It’s been called a Lifetime Achievement Award, and is the highest form of recognition you can get at Border Foods. The Heart of Border Foods Award is inspired by our former beloved vice president of operations, Carol Williams.

We’re looking for people who exemplify the attitude, dedication and family culture that Carol embodied. Sound like someone you know?

If you see something special in someone, speak it. Nominate a fellow Border Foods team member today! We’ve made some exciting new changes to the nominations process. Read on for details:

  • People have the option to use a VIDEO nomination in addition to or in replace of the form!
  • We are improving the nomination process and refining the selection committee to ensure that every decision is made with greater care and consideration. If you are a former recipient and have participated in the nomination process in the past, I will send out a separate email to explain the process.
  • Moving forward, we are limiting the number of recipients to a maximum of three per year. This change will help maintain the award’s status as one of the most prestigious honors at Border.

Get inspired! Checkout last year’s Heart of Border Foods recipients – a small but mighty group of leaders who embody all that is good in the Border world.
