EmpowHER is open to female General Managers, Market Training Managers, Area Coaches, Region Coaches, Director of Operations and in-office employees. In addition, we have an eight-person EmpowHER Committee. As a group, we host in-person meetings twice a year in the spring and fall.
After each in-person meeting, we break into small groups for member-led calls on key discussion topics. Our 2025 initiatives focused on wellness, including the topics below:
- Being mindful and in the moment.
- Breaking the burnout cycle.
- Improving women’s health, nutrition and physical wellness.
