Assistant General Manager (AGM)

  • Oversees team members, trainers and Shift Leaders to ensure they complete all assigned tasks while serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
  • Assists with facility maintenance and finding, hiring, and developing team members and Shift Leaders.
  • Makes sure health and safety standards are met.

 

General Manager (GM)

  • Finds, hires and develops team members and Shift Leaders.
  • Conducts new hire orientations and develops training plans for each new team member.
  • Schedules and deploys the team appropriately, addressing performance issues while managing restaurant budget and financial plans.

 

Area Coach (AC)

  • Provides leadership and direct supervision of approximately five to eight restaurants.
  • Ensures each General Manager meets or exceeds the annual operating plan established for their individual location.
  • Develops current and future leaders at all levels to deliver a positive experience to all guests.
