Good culture doesn’t just happen. Our Culture Committee is a solutions-driven group of field leaders tasked with:

  • Giving team members a voice;
  • Infusing core values into the organization;
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborating with peers on new initiatives; and
  • Impacting change.

Introducing Border Fanatics

Fresh off the line! This is the Culture Committee’s newest initiative. During select weeks of the year, we’ll be keeping an eye out for those in-house superfans who live out our core values – accountability, integrity, family, empowerment, teamwork, excellence – while maintaining the focus on guests.

During these time periods, Area Coaches will recognize two team members per area who exemplify Border Foods’ core values. The 2026 Border Fanatics Weeks are:

  • Q2: May 6–12
  • Q3: July 15–21
  • Q4: September 23–29
  • Q4 (Bonus Week!): December 9–15
